2sale is a platform that provides a space for advertisements for its users in order to provide a space for the buyer and seller to meet in an easy way. (2sale) does not bear any responsibility and does not provide any guarantee towards users with regard to sales and purchases and the quality of products, and it is not referred to to claim compensation for any material or moral losses
Advertisement posting instructions and rules:
1- Ads are inserted after registering with a mobile phone number
2- The advertiser must classify the advertisement and publish it under the correct section.
3- The advertiser must be the owner of the good or service.
4- Advertisements are in a personal or company capacity, and it is forbidden to publish advertisements on behalf of others.
5- It is prohibited to publish advertisements containing words or images that violate public morals or are illegal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as any advertisement aimed at defaming persons, institutions and companies.
6- It is prohibited to publish advertisements for the sale of weapons of all kinds, whether licensed or unlicensed.
7- Each advertisement shall be for one commodity only, and a separate advertisement shall be created for each commodity.
8- It is prohibited to publish advertisements for lawyers, which aim to announce the lawyer himself or work to bring clients.
9- It is prohibited to publish advertisements that violate the laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and also to advertise for health-related materials, and it is prohibited to publish advertisements for drugs, sexual stimulants, tobacco, cigarettes and electronic cigarettes, and the owner of the advertisement bears their legal sales.
10- It is prohibited to sell endangered plants and animals mentioned in CITES, in compliance with the decisions and regulations of the Environment Public Authority.
11- It is prohibited to publish advertisements for domestic workers of all kinds, as well as the publication of advertisements for fake workers or renting workers for homes during hours. It is also prohibited to publish all kinds of human trafficking.
12- It is prohibited to publish any advertisement for gambling, betting, or advertisements for magic and sorcery
13- It is prohibited to publish any advertisement for alcohol or alcoholic drinks of all kinds - it is also prohibited to publish any advertisement for drugs and hashish of all kinds.
14- It is prohibited to offer and sell listening devices and means of inciting the misuse of telephone devices.
15- It is prohibited to advertise loan repayment and airing, as well as to advertise furnished apartments by hours or daily rent to non-licensed companies, and all advertisements for attracting investment and calling for investment and commercial participation are prohibited.
16- The (2sale) administration reserves the right to ban any phone number that uses the application to abuse or harm others, or if the application is used for illegal purposes.
17- The user is respectful of other browsers and users.
18- The user who published the advertisement bears any legal liability or any compensation without any liability on (2sale).
19- The customer acknowledges reviewing all the special and general conditions for using the site’s services and with his full approval and acceptance of them, and decides that he bears the legal “penal and civil” responsibility for any damages caused to the site or those in charge of it or others in the event of a violation of the laws, regulations and decisions regulating the advertisement and all other applicable laws and decisions in the country, and his access to the site or his use of the services available on it is an acknowledgment and pledge from him to do so.
20- The site and application of ((2sale)) is subject to the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any offensive or unauthorized advertisement in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall bear all legal accountability without the slightest responsibility towards ((2sale))
